We offer a nice house to study with large kitchens where you can cook or relax, you can watch TV or play video games here. In the relax cellar you can play pool or table football or play a game or simply read.
We offer rooms with furniture. Each room has a bed with a mattress, a desk, a chair, a bookshelf and a wardrobe for your clothes. 9 rooms have their own kitchenette with a hob and fridge.
 At the front of the house is a nice place where you can relax when the sun shines or organize a BBQ with the students of your university. At the back of the house, you can also relax. There is a free parking space for cars and bicycles
